Peak Plumbing Solutions had built a solid reputation across Rotherham and the surrounding area entirely through word of mouth. Director Dave and his team of four engineers were good at what they did, but business was inconsistent. Summer was busy. Winter should have been their best season for boiler work but enquiries were unpredictable and quiet spells were hurting cashflow.

Dave had tried boosting a few Facebook posts himself with little to show for it. He needed a proper strategy, not just random spend, and a way to reach homeowners at the moment they needed a plumber rather than waiting for a referral to come in.
